The girls always have seperate walks in the morning,

two with my daughter and two with me. As i was a bit

later getting ready my daughter went first today, as i

went out though i met her then coming of the beach a

bit upset.

A staffy had got Sada down on her back and was going

mad in her face, luckily before any damage was done

Kaya flew for it, forcing it off Sada and getting it on the

floor. This meant Sada could get up and Kaya then left

the staff to go see her.

The owner then turned up and told it not to be 'NAUGHTY'

and leave the dogs alone.......

Sada has a patch of skin missing of her front leg, which

i have cleaned up and blue sprayed, she's also got a

nick in one her.....so all in all a lucky girl......thank god

her mate K was there to help her.

I will just have to keep an eye on the leg, if it doesnt

look right i will get the vet check it.

 oh for heavens sake, some bloody owners make me mad

so glad K was there and things weren't worse

Poor Sada, I hope she is feeling better soon  What a brave girl Kaya was to go to the defense of her friend.

Some peoples attitude just beggars belief

What is the world coming to. Hope Sada is ok Ann. Good on you K!

FFS!!!!!

Did you get a chance to tell the owner what a "naughty" woman she is for letting her nasty animal off lead?

Give Sada a huge kiss and hug from me, dear little girl, and Kaya can have an extra treat for being such a heroine  xxxxx

Poor loves........hope they are both ok,some people!!!!

So glad Sada's basically ok Ann :huggles: Taz lost a piece of skin on a fence a little while ago and neat lavender oil aided the healing no end  And what a star brave Kaya is

As to the person with an out of control dog ... if you can't trust it keep it on a lead ... it's not that bloody difficult. Hope you don't see them again hunni x

What a horrible experience. It really annoys me that people can be so blind to their dogs' true nature  it is pure self deception. Thank goodness Kaya was so brave and a true friend.

Poor Sada, how awful for that to happen to her, I hope she is ok. Thank goodness Kaya was with her, bless what a wonderful girl looking out for her mate. Its worrying but I think with the nice weather coming in we are likely to hear more of this as there always seems to be more people about in the summer :( I hope your daughter is ok too, I know when Penny got attacked last year when I was walking alone it really shook me up. Give lots of :huggles: to Sada and to Kaya too for being a brave girl :huggles:

Poor girls :huggles: :huggles:

Some owners are just idiots

I'm so sorry to hear this, how distressing for the dogs and your daughter but what a little hero Kaya is. No matter how close they are, some dogs would have turned tail and run. I hope Sada recovers quickly and neither of them have any lasting problems from the encounter. Why do these owners and, let's face it a large number of them are staffis, get away with owning vicious dogs and are never held accountable. Anyway, treaties all round for these brave girls.

PS I know I'm a softie when it comes to the hounds but those pics really brought a tear to my eye
