We had a few spectators with pedis tonight, they all had a go behind the lure and all chased so a few more at the club and we may be able to get a pedigree handicap going again.

Unfotunately no racing last night, Great Aycliffe Show was on the bank holiday weekend and large trucks have been driven across the track and ruined it  we are looking ino using the bottom track but this also needs some work due to mole hills, Dave has been in touch with the council and they are going to see what they can do to help us.

I dont think we will be racing next week please check before setting off. (fingers crossed we can get this sorted   )

 lets hope we can get something sorted asap.town council are going to vertiroll next early next week.think it will take more than a roll.possible meeting middle of next week with town council. football pitches damaged as well.

problem aycliffe town council is only a small council with limited work force, but they are going to try and sort.

we have offered to reinstate the lower track ourselves but health and safety will not allow us to work on the track.

fingers crossed things will be sorted asap :luck: :luck:

As you can see by Daves pics the track is totaly ruined, therefore we will not be racing until further notice, it is in the hands of the council and i cant see it being a quick fix, we will keep you informed on any progress

took us a year and half to get wallsend back to normal mind it was worse that that but its really annoying 4 you,s

dont think it will take that long kaz with mr dave grass hopper on the case ;)
