oh god i wish i haven't of looked at her pics...........she's beautiful  just wish i could talk the o/h round :(

I know of a lovely home, they have a lovely male that i bred he will be 3 in Oct, they rang me up last week and asked if i knew of an older whippet looking for new home. please PM me with some contact details so i can pass them on.

I'd like to say 'Thanks' to Kat and Lauren for coming over today with Phoebe :D

We sat in the Garden, had a coffee and chat while Phoebe made herself at home with Meg and Deedee... Meg was so pleased to have another ' full size' whippet in the garden to play with.

Phoebe was extremely well behaved and soon got into running several laps, as fast as she could around the garden with Meg on her tail, expertly avoiding all the obstacles (including my legs!!)

I'd say that anyone thinking of offering Phoebe a permanent home will be very lucky indeed...she was lovely with the other dogs and enjoyed the usual playful games ( didn't join in on the trampoline with Meg though)

Kat... it's going to be heartbreaking to let go but you'll know when the right place comes along...all the best :huggles:

A couple of pics of Phoebe resting after playing 'it' with Meg

Our ut -most thanks to tracey for inviting us round to meet her family meg and deedee are totally adorable and phoebe had a wonderful time playing with them, tracey and her husband made us so very welcome and we have come away feeling so much happier about finding phoebe a new home if there are people out they who are half as nice as tracey and her family we wont go far wrong. we have decided that phoebe must go to a family who already have a dog as it was obvious today how much she needs a play-pal. im sure we will find a great home for phoebe through this site and again thank you all for your kind words during this difficult time. tracey thank you...its made such a huge difference to how we feel about all this after meeting you. kat and lorna.xxx

:luck: :luck: Good luck with everything, she is beautiful

ok udate on phoebe,,,,may have forgotten to mention she is not very good with children under the age of about 10 as she is not used to them and they are noisy!!!! also she will chase cats its just what they do. we are looking for a permanent home for her it must be a home where phoebe can sit on furniture sleep in the owners bed have the run of a gd sized garden get plenty of kisses and cuddles not be put in a crate as shes not crate trained it must be a home with another dog. if anyone is genuinely wants phoebe they will be prepared to accept the rules we have before we will allow her to go. anyone wanting her must visit us with there dog to see how the dogs get on and we can see how new perspective parents click with phoebe then we must visit there house with phoebe to see how that goes. then we will take it from there, as phoebe is such a nervous girl she will need to be broken in very gently and it will take time. we will under no circumstances allow anyone to just come to us and take phoebe away that will not happen. just a little update hope ive put it in the right place if not sorry im not so gd on the pc. cheers kat
