[SIZE=21pt]I am usually a calm and collected person Debbie, but when its the safety of our kids and the sanity of my newly qualified teacher that is put at stake through damn right ridiculous decisions by the head and deputy, I cannot let it go, but she's like a brick wall and will not listen to those who actually understand 4 year olds - I lost it bigtime eventually, only thing I could do while talking to a brickwall - have to go back in a minute to have it out with her, as the situation has not changed.
