I've just come into work, and these dear girls have put balloons and streamers all over my desk, and in the corridor to our office. I have a huge card, filled with those little things that Hely likes to send you that go all over the floor!! Lots of "50s". I have wine, photo album, a wish piggy, some wild rubber gloves with leopard print and frills around the top - actually I can imagine Hely doing her houswork with them on!! They also bought me a beautiful necklace with irridescent stones, it's gorgeous, oh and a cake!!! AND we are going for lunch too! Not much work getting done here today I feel!! 

I told another girl from one of the other offices yesterday that I was looking for some flip flop type things to wear around the pool on holiday, and we were discussing how we couldn't wear the ones with toe posts, and today she has bought me a pair of exactly what I was looking for, so I am sorted for my holiday! What kind people there are in this world. I'm so touched.

 

They know me so well too, we are going to Pizza Hut eat as much as you like for a fiver!!

Hannah is better the doctor listened to her chest and said the puffer and the steriod tablets have helped, i have to finish the course of tablets and give the puffer when and if she needs it, and keep it just incase she has another cold/cough, so i feel a bit better hearing that,

only you bird could do cleaning in high heels

Thanks girlies, they did make me feel special. They are a lovely bunch, which is why I enjoy working there really. I can't remember having so many presents for my birthday - so maybe its not that bad being 50 afterall!

our new bins have just arrived!!

a big green one for recycling....a little green one to go into your kitchen for food waste...and then you put the food waste into a bigger green lockable bin and then a grey bin for everything else........i dont want a bloody green bin in my kitchen......so 4 bins ........you arent allowed to use black sacks anymore, and no electrical good can go in any of the bins..........there are hundreds of bins all sacked up in our road...and the bin men are looking a bit frazzled......might go out there and organise them........idiots !!!!!!

 

 

 

 

its a real pain...it means i will have to go through all the kids bedroom bins and sort out where the rubbish needs to go................on the plus side.....thats 4 new shiney bins to decorate...yippeeeeee
