Aw Bless you alison, its early days hun, one more step along the way..big hugs to you xxxPopped in to say Hi cos you all cheer me up with your chat .The vets just phoned to say Scout's ashes are back so that's me all miserable again
Do you have anywhere nice where Scout liked to go? Or do you have a special place in the garden to scatter the ashes? I have to admit I have planned a spot in our garden, but haven't quite brought myself to put the ashes there. I have 4 little boxes, dating back to 1992 waiting to either be buried or scattered, and I can't decide which I really must do it, but it seems so final - and then what if we move? I don't think we will, but who would put flowers there if we did? Unless we plant a bush that flowers every year, that would be nice. I think I need to make my mind up and do it, maybe on a special day???Nicky that is fantastic - well done you!!! Any time hun, sounds as if you and june are in the same place with knowing what to do next...I don't have ashes, I'm different I suppose, can't bear to have a constant reminder..just me...odd I guess.I get the ashes meaning to scatter them . But as you say what if I move . The other thing is it's so final , at the moment it's all I have left . I still have Hula and Zoe's ashes in my wardrobe . Scout will join them . Maybe I will manage to do something with them eventually .
Thanks everyone for listening to me . I am a miserable git .
