Hi all my grandma went yesterday morrning so things are abit hectick at the mo my mum is devastated obbveosly .

back at work to yesterday but only doing mornings at the moment realy dont wont to be there but the head has been a bit off with me so got to be there.

[SIZE=21pt]you would have got a security key number when you joined broadband,we put ours on paper somewhere a few years ago so think we would be stuffed too [/SIZE]

you might have to ring your provider to ask about it.
