I have just spoken to the vet. She said that although Misty isn't losing as much blood, her blood isn't clotting and she is bruising very easily. She is heavily bandaged where she has had injections just to stop the bleeding. She has had another injection of vitimin k and a steroid injection and is still on drip. The vet said she doesn't look like an ill dog so I am clinging on to that.

Her blood tests should be back from the lab this evening so I am praying that we will have some answers then. They have ruled out autoimmune and she said she doesn't look like a rat poisen dog either.

I was hoping to bring her home but the vet said that she needs to stay on the drip and that we couldn't risk her knocking herself on the car journey - so its really quite serious
