Help! Can't Post on the Forum

Ah... there's a difference between 'starting a conversation' (which is a private message) and starting a new thread. To start a new topic, you need to navigate to the forum section you want to post it in (e.g. Support and Feedback), and you should see this:

Thanks @JudyN - I was just about to reply and say that you are trying to start a private conversation @millymojo1 not a open thread.
Hopefully Judy has helped you with the pictures :)

We've all stared at screens completely missing what is obvious once we know it's there! Sorry if I muscled in, @Josie - I keep getting these irresistible urges to 'fix' stuff on forums :oops:
