Just wondering how the lovely Tarka is doing lately.. :huggles: could we have an update please...and maybe some pictures...?? :)

Yes please, would love to know how Super Hero is coming on (w00t)

hello there

Thanks for asking about my super hero!

We have just moved house so he has been exploring his new garden and I have just taken some pictures today.

Tarka has had the stitches out yet. He only walks on 3 legs still and they only time he puts his foot down tentatively is when he is standing still and he doesn't weight bear on it.

The vet wants him to start Hydrotherapy & physio on Tuesday as the muscle is wasting away as you can see on the pictures below.

He is eating well now and although he is still on Rimadyl and tramadol he seems quite perky when up and about. He still misses Indi and pricks his ears up if we mention her name.

We have a new pup coming next weekend which will hopefully pick us all up and encourage Tarka to get moving about more. :)

Certainly when Tarka has his whippet/lurcher friends around to visit he is much happier and more settled so fingers crossed his new friend and him will get along fine.

Perhaps his new little playmate will be just the medicine he needs. :huggles: :luck: (who is gorgeous btw.. )

Good luck.. :luck: with everything, and your New Home too.
