WELL DONE TO ALL!!

Louis was a very good boy and alhtough it wasn't his day I was very proud of him - despite trying to hump the lovely harry!

Many Thanks for the photos Millie. Emilie isnt the easiest to photo. She wouldnt stand against the 'nice' background of the bush but got a couple of good ones of her stood in the middle of the main walkway (w00t)

Well Done to all those who got placed. Great pic's Wendy, i too like the one of Lily and Sophie

Wendy thanks for the great pics, and Tipsy was standing still! I think for the first time yesterday . It's nice to see a pic of Tipsy and Tizzy together I've spent the whole morning comparing them. :- "

Well done to all who did well, and many thanks for the great pictures, Wendy!  Congratulations to the CC and res CC winners - and particularly to Beerhound's Mum Julie for yet another CC for Timothy!

Not our day today - Zephyr lost a nail on Thursday, and I have been batheing it and it has been fine and not bothered him one bit. But my friend watching him in the ring said he was limping slightly, so that was that!!! :( :(

But as usual, a lovely show at a great venue - well done to all the workers!

Lovely pics Wendy  (although am still unable to see the one of Digger despite your tips :( )

Nice to see everyone and lovely venue - Digger got VHC in post grad, so was really pleased with that :D :D

Well done to all the winners, many thanks for the photos Wndy, love the dark brindle 'sisters' :- "

Lovely venue and walk through the woods, this show takes us 6 minutes to get to which sounds great but Polly had no idea she had travelled a long way and should be a bit tired :- "

Anyone got any ideas how to make a dog a bit weary if you cant give it a good run that day?

I exercise mine, even before they go to a show, unless we are leaving really, really early but yesterday we went out into the woods during the lunchbreak, before Rupert and Sid went into the ring and they had a good blow then!! Sid stayed around but Rupert and Angel went off hunting for about 5 -10 minutes and came back with some terrier type thing that had been hanging around the car park!!! Obviously one of the locals!

And what do you do if a, they go off for an hour or two. or b, come back with a hole or bushed up toe and you are miles from home?

Well done to Reggie in the D vets class

Cheers for that, he was well chuffed 'cos he got his sausage! Little Stan the man won Special Beginners for me - a complete surprise, I didn't think he'd particuarly be Molly's cup of tea!

Nice day out, well done to everyone. Nice one Tim on going BIS

Louise

Lovely photos (especially Lily and friend/sister, I do like that Lily!) and well done to all K9-ers who were placed. (And to those unplaced, but still enjoyed their day).

Not a chance = everyone loves Lightwater and at present as long as we are all as well behaved as we are at present we are booked up to and including 2009.

Although the venue have had problems with some Breed Clubs letting the side down, but fortunately for us they take us as they find us, and as long as we keep our standards up NWA will keep this wonderful venue.

Sorry about the coffee/tea to start with - a blip in the plan from Lightwater arrangements, but all was OK once we were made aware.

Diana was kept busy with her catering - good news for us all.

Thanks for all your donations/support on the day.

:sweating: Started to worry there for a minute, as I love the fact that this show is 10 minutes from my house (w00t) Not that I'm being selfish of course :- "

Thats what I thought :- " I dont mind giving mine a short run , after theve been in the ring , but I think youre pushing your luck to do it before hand :b Even then I would nt let them off if I thought theyd go and disappear in the undergrowth . ( of course mine are too well behaved to do THAT sort of thing o:) ) :clown:

Thats why I love Newark showground , On Sunday I tok them in the main ring and Libbee was coursing Swifts :teehee: , having a great time , then Dawn brought her two terrors and they all played together :huggles: ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,after theyd been shown :- "

Same as I would any time I walk them!!

a. wait for them

b. patch them up temporarily until I get back to my Vet!!

Think I'm losing the will to take this showing lark seriously!!!
