The ad is gone now. If memory serves they were in Norfolk. Does anyone have any news on these two little souls?jnjsse said:where in the uk are they? has any1 been to see them or have i missed a post?

Basically as ive said Rescue just dont have that kind of money £2000 for the 2.
Its a difficult situation as if they get that kind of money & feather their cap its just going to continue as there are more there.
On the other hand the dogs deserve a proper loving home NOT to be sold as a pair of "breeding machines"
They WONT negotiate & accept less than £2000.
Theyhave been offered an alternative & we are waiting for a reply although i wont hold my breath :- "
What do you do?
Looks like the pup advertised at £1500 has gone, where we dont know
The last resort will be to see if we can get some kind of donation to get them out.
Will keep you posted
Are these dogs actually in danger? I will probably not be liked for this but I am happy to donate money to 'rescue' a dog who is living in a bad situation ect but not to line the pockets of a greedy seller, I think it encourages unscrupulous people to charge top whack when people like us actually rally round and try to pay it, just my honest oppinion.
This is in no way aimed at iggies this is my general feeling it is coming to the point where we will be buying all dogs that show up on Epupz as if they are in need of rescuing when they are just for sale and not coming from a bad home in the first place,I understand that this is sometimes the case and I would be the first to help and I in no way condone what this person is doing just for the record
Sorry if my oppinion offends :huggles:

NO your opinion doesn't offend at all, you are infact quite right
NO one wants to line the pockets of greedy sellers like this at all, which is why Rescue even if they had of had the money, which they dont, would have still been reluctant to do.
The more they sell at these kind of prices, the more they will continue to breed.
Its difficult to know what to do as it is bad enough for ANY breed to be advertised as a "breeding pair" let alone a specialist breed like IG's.
She never got back to Rescue so i guess she either sold them or couldn't find anyone stupid enough to pay those kind of prices & will eventuall re-advertise them at perhaps a cheaper rate.
