Well, things haven't gone exactly to plan, but Grace is OK. Her waters broke, but she didn't have strong contractions, so Julie and Neil took her down to the vets. The vet gave her Oxytocin to try to bring on contractions, but it didn't, so she is having a caesarian as I type. I am so sad for Grace, but they have her in the best place, and it's Julie's favourite vet, so she has every confidence in him. As soon as I know how it has gone, I will let you all know.

I've been sat here crying thinking of poor Grace, but Sue has just rung and thank goodness all is well. 6 puppies, 4 fawn and 2 cream - 2 boys, and 4 girls. Julie is on her way home with them all now. Not sure which are the girl and boys, the main thing is to get them back home in the warm. Thanks for all your good wishes, Julie's favourite vet is probably even more favourite now, he did a fine job
