i was at work today when I got the call every "parent" dreads..

peony had come home and found Blu in pain on the sofa with what appears to be a hugely inflamed tit, its all angry and red and just huge..

A rapid visit to the vet and they have found lumps all through my little blu...

Tomorrow I take my littlun to the vets and the outcome may not be what I want...

I sit here tears streaming down my face dreading her appointment tomorrrow...

she was my first.............

:luck: :luck: :luck: Lots of luck for a good outcome. Try to think positive, i rushed one of mine in recently with pretty much the same, lumps every where, turned out to be something & nothing, a couple of fatty tissue lumps & some fluid filled milk ducts :blink:

her appointment is 11 o'clock..

please everynoe say a prayer for her..

Almost tempted to post a picture of Blu's yukky bit :x , but its lunchtime . Maybe later ...............................

Saw head honcho at the vets this morning and he seems very concerned. At present, Blu has a very large, red/purple/black swelling around one of her nipples, which I have to try to encourage to burst. Apparrently, the contents of said abcess are likely to be putrid to say the least, so guess who has been and bought arm length latex gloves and a gas mask??? :x :x

The vets main concern is that this swelling isnt only supericial and is connected to the mass underneath, but the only way we can tell is by getting it to burst and drain.

Fingers crossed tomorrows vet appointment is more positive :luck:
