Could not of said it better myself, the cost of our tax money to keep these worthless shamefull poor excuses of human beings is shameful, get rid of all pedos and give the money used to keep them under control to nurses, firemen, doctors etc, the people whom I really admire but yet are worthless according to our goverment!!

as parents im sure we all agree on the destruction of this type of monster!!!! as has een said before why should decent law abiding people have to pay to keep these alive :rant:

i wish shannon all the very best in her future and i hope at least she wasnt gone too long to have help etc from the services available to her , god bless her :huggles:

Tanya you know my thoughts on pedo's the sad fact is empty a prison in the morning and it would be full by dinner time with pedos too many out there :rant:

I agree............................i know its a horrible thing to say, and forgive me for saying this, but something is going on............................how do we know if its all a fix :( ,i hope not -i expect more will be reveal.

i wondered the same thing, i thought it might be so they can get the truth out of her to what happened because sometimes parents can put words in there kids mouths without meaning to,

i mean iv done it a few times if they come to you crying and instead of waiting untill they calm down to ask them what happened, you start suggesting things, did this happen? did that happen? and somthimes you dont get the truth out of them if you ask them like that they just agree with one of your suggestions.

i realy hope she is ok and her family had nothing to do with it but it is all rather strange all the reports comming out. i sometimes think the press need to stay away from these things for a few days then once they no for sure whats went on then they could report it, that would save alot of gossip

It's not so much manipulation, more the fact a child is more likely to withold information that they might think their parents would be upset about. The order is used for 2 purposes, the first being to take the child to a place of safety and the second being to retain the child in a place of safety. Essentially it keeps the police in control of the situation why they try to find out what has happened.
 
i smell a big rat as well,the kid wanted to leave and live with her real dad.i think the police know more than we do.

Also..no-one has mentioned that this little girl went to her own uncle for help, crying ! She asked if she could stay as she didn`t want to go home. I read this on the `net` it was on Orange home page news.

He must have taken her back home though and then the next day she was missing, seen by two boys crying her eyes out sitting on a wall near her home. This little girl was obviously very upset and how do we know she hadn`t asked this guy for help too...We don`t know. She may have done and then he has been too scared to come forward. Sometimes people panic and don`t think straight.

The papers are all for sensationalism. I thought it very odd that the `above` facts weren`t mentioned when they were talking about this guy abducting her, which isn`t really fair as it gives the general public the wrong ideas.

It is wonderful that she is safe and well but her family needs checking up on. Something, somewhere doesn`t seem quite right.
 
Poor little soul! Sounds like there is a troubled background there. I just hope that the poor kid gets the help she needs and deserves first and foremost, then they can find out who is responsible for the state she is in.
 
for Shannon's sake it would be the lesser of 2 evils if the situation has been there's trouble in the family and a need to run away than a paedophile kidnapping her, still problems to sort out tho'
