Binevenagh Mountain in the mist overlooking Lough Foyle. When we got to the top here you couldn't see anything and the mist gradually cleared to leave a fantastic view - bit scary though if you went too near the edge! (w00t) A sheer drop of over a 1000 feet - we kept a tight hold of the whippets' leads! :sweating:

Giant's Causeway. This was our best day's weather. 8) I've always wanted to visit the Giant's Causeway - well worth the wait.

Carrick -a-Rede rope bridge. This was a good day out too - but better if you don't look down while you're crossing the bridge! :sweating:

My husband is the one in the dark blue shirt - I forgot to give him the camera to take a pic of me but I did go across, honest! :p

Some lovely landscapes and seascapes. The first photo reminds of Scotland.

I love your White Park Bay shot...a really good shot of the bay  Your cloudy photos work better for me than your sunny photos, as they add more drama and better lighting. County Donegal Beach is good too. Good to see the Giants Causeway...I've heard a lot about it but have never seen it. Thanks for sharing

SUPERB pictures  makes me even more determined to go to Ireland then ever. Thank you :D

 wow breath taking views ther its a gorguse place

Thanks for sharing those Gillian. The scenery looks lovely. When we go at Christmas its just a quick weekend - no time for sightseeing really :(

Richard my husband has been to the giants causeway and has been over the bridge too (w00t) (w00t) dont think I would dare, but |I would love to visit some of the more scenic spots ......hopefully we might be able to go over for longer sometime.

Hubby is over there in a couple of weeks - buisness though...so I wont be going. :(

We were just up high, Julie. :) I think that bridge looks far worse when you see people crossing it from a distance than it does when you actually cross it. As long as you don't look down, it's OK. (w00t)

And for all of you who say you would like to go to Ireland, it was definitely worth going. We had a lovely holiday and would like to go back next year and explore the rest of Northern Ireland and some of the south. Everyone we met was very friendly, although at the Giant's Causeway, we hardly saw any British or Irish people - they were all Europeans or Americans. Muffin & Jonah were very popular and they posed for photos taken by people from California and Tel Aviv!! It's funny to think that their pictures are being shown to people so far away!
