Wow!! They look so natural. My sis had a painting done for me of my 2 cats years ago, from a photo, and I still marvel at how an artist can capture the essence and character of an animal.

That's a beauty - so original. I love to see something a little 'different' from the standard head-on portrait pose (I know, I used to do lots of those but I'm more of a 'contemporary' painter now and an experimental colourist too....)

I really am Janis, I am so pleased with it, its mounted and glass all done, OH just doing the frame to match my others he made cant wait to get it on the wall!
