Here is Exhibit A, a lovely dark chocolate leather chair that I have owned for a fair few number of years. It was left in the care of one 16 year old son who is very responsible generally. He was on the computer durig the time that he was with the exhibit and the suspects so was possible distracted. I have interrogated him and feel that he is Not Guilty of the damage, but of Failing to complete his duties and will suffer his punishment accordingly.

He has sworn that he has no idea how it could possibly have happened as he was in the room the whole time. He made one trip to the toilet (also downstairs) during his supervisory role and then I came back to find this some time later.....

Exhibit A

I put it to you, The Jury, that one of the following suspects was responsible. Please cast your vote knowing that the punishment will be severe and brutal for the guilty party.

They will serve a sentance of No Racing on Sunday and will have to stay in the car for the whole day, only being let out for toilet breaks. No member of the public will be able to stroke or coo over them, no matter how 'cute/sweet/handsome/not guilty' they look.

So, here are your suspects.....

Suspect 1 - Mr Winx. No prior convictions, and a model citizen at Alacrity!

Image00008.jpg

Suspect 2 - Jacob Fatboy. Always hungry and a very naughty puppy, but he's never eaten any furniture before.

Image00004.jpg

Suspect 3 - SBSD. The most perfect puppy in the world, although easily influenced.

Image00005.jpg

Suspect 4 - The Badge Man. A very naughty puppy, but he has pleaded his innocence with those amazing eyes.

Please vote very carefully and take the guilty expressions of ALL the suspects into consideration.

Thanks

well TC...........leaving them with a " 1 year old son" as you put it, would maybe not be the best thing to do :- " :- "

but as i know your son is older than "1"...............i will let you off for your mistake

(but others might not know  )

i am still thinking as i really cant believe any of them did it

oooh dear  had to vote for suspect 3, sorry :b are there any mitigating circumstances? did the nasty chair provoke it? sneaky things, chairs

lol

didnt want folks thinking you left your 1 year old son home alone

I voted for suspect number 4.

Because when you punish him I can say, "don't be so cruel, come and live with me Badger."

And then I can have a matching pair!!!

Oh Lordy (w00t)

(w00t) (w00t) (w00t) ..... mind you my sofa bed downstairs that all three sleep on has started to look like this lately... :- " :- "

sorry Tracy I voted for Badger, hope he will forgive me if it wasnt him...

The first settee Sparky personalised was during an occasion he was being supervised by my (then) 16 year old son. I think we have a link.

I can't believe any of your boys could do such a thing  .....It was Halloween :sorcerer: so it was probably the  Whippet (w00t)

I think it's Badger. I've seen that look on Jonah's face - trying to pretend he's innocent and had nothing to do with it! :- "

How can anyone suspect SBSD?  Definitely Badger

Well M'Lud, I would like to go over the suspect's previous history and the likelihood of their guilt if I may....

The two older boys... well it's just not their style of course! o:)

Ruso... having just passed his Gold Good Citizen test he has shown what a model puppy he is o:)

Badger... young, naughty and easily influenced, he could be a red herring though... :- "

To sum up, after considering all the evidence, I can only draw the conclusion that it MUST have been the 16 year old son- you know how destructive they can be.... :clown:

Liz and the Monellis

had that happen to me many years ago :(

carnt possibly be finleys bro, they are easily lead but wouldnt go that far :huggles:

im going to cast my vote on the badge man, well he is the baby and our baby is been naughty here too, guess whos got the taste for wallpaper

Oh my goodness :- "

It has to be suspect # 4 as the others are looking away and having nothing to do with it :- " :- " :- "

Can't vote as their is no box for my chief suspect!

And no 'innocent' picture of him either!

What is 16 year old son trying to hide?

I cannot believe any of the mug shots are guilty!

Son should be left in the car with no petting (& no ipod!)

I think suspect 4, the darling puppy began the fun, and suspect 3 looks soooooo guilty they must have joined in.

i take back all i said earlier,i think it could have been ruso, think the boys could be having a crisis on the thoughts of reaching their first birthdays

ive just caught finley tearing my wallpaper off up on the landing  what a naughty boy hes becoming  :sweating:
