Tia Update

Poor Tia, i'm so sorry to hear you have been going through a bad time of it. I had thought she had started to improve. I really hope the vets can get to the bottom of this so she can start to improve, poor girl and it must be horrible for you having to see her like that every day. :huggles:

Awwwwwww Nicky,so sorry Tia not better,i thought she was on the road to recovery.Lets hope they can find out whats wrong.

Tia is on the podgy side hun,if you can remember a well know whippet breeder said she needs to lose weight,i think you know who i mean

Thinking of you both hun, lots of love to you both :huggles: :huggles: :huggles: :huggles:

:huggles: Sorry Tia is not better Nicky, seeing the video reminded me of Ozzy wobbling round only Tia isnt shaking like he did. He had a spinal tap done which showed nothing. I hope Tia gets sorted soon :huggles: to you both

Tina  :luck:

So sorry to hear that Tia is still in pain. I really hope the vet can get to the bottom of it soon and that she makes a speedy recovery :huggles:

Nicky she may be better off a few lbs lighter but shes not *obese*, dont feel too bad, I dont think its just down to her weight, if at all. (Star is far too heavy I cant shift any weight off her at all :( she's so lazy. )

I did LMAO at Stormys comments re the vets coat tho

:luck: for Tia with the specialist.

Oh my Nicky whatever's going on with her, i hope they

can get to the bottom of it, poor love :huggles:

As for weights if it helps

Kaya is 18 1/4 and weighs 9.65kg

Sada is 18 and eighs 12.14kg

When Sada was spayed earlier this year the vet said

she was way to fatty inside so she has been on a strict

diet since then.

I do hope Tia is on the mend soon Nicky :huggles:

No idea what Holly weighs since the pups but Logan is a similar size to Tia (but obviously a boy) and he weighs about the same as her

Sorry to hear Tia is still in pain Nicky :( :( it must be very draining for you try and think positive as often dogs can pick up on our emotions and this wont help tia any  i hope they find the cause soon :luck: :luck:

Nicky - I've only just caught up with this, and yes Tia is a bit on the plump side (join the club Tia :- " ) - but don't ever think her weight has caused her condition - I've seen much much worse. I would guess she is around 5-6lbs overweight - my boys are the same height, and 23 and 24lbs. They are racing weight, and you'd probably want to see yours a couple of pounds heavier (although not necessary :- " )14kg is almost 31lbs, so she could lose a bit. I've never seen a dog with that kind of problem, but I hope the vet has some ideas for you soon - it's such a worry for you. Try not to get down about it - you are doing eveything possible for her, and we all know how much she is loved. :luck: Good luck and fingers crossed for a speedy diagnosis and recovery  xx
