Took whippies out for a run around first time Blue has been out since he has been poorly..he is completely shattered now -_- -_-

Yeah he really has picked up Trish,mind you he really has been one pampered boy this week :wub: honestly he has had the life of riley,led on my bed all day haven't took him out since he came back from vets so he really enjoyed today....frightened now that he has over done it :sweating: :sweating: mind you they are all zonked out -_- -_- -_- -_- so looking forward to next sun Trish,to meet you and Graham and your gorgeous dogs :wub: :wub:

Don't worry about Blue, I was exactly the same after the first walk Soloman had when he came home, he just slept solidly for about four hours when we came home, but he was fine once he woke up - trouble is you get paranoid don't you ! Honestly I am surprised we are not all alcholics or worse with the worry we have over our beloved dogs :cheers:

I am so paranoid at the moment,my OH said how about we go to the beach with the dogs and because we had taken them there the day before Blue was ill I won't go there now! I was like a mad women today with Blue,frightened to death he was going to hurt himself or eat something he shouldn't,honestly I drive myself mad :wacko: :wacko: :wacko:

Hi there,

Earlier this week my beautiful bouncy 8 month old boy, Scooby, became very poorly indeed. He appeared to be very shivery yet hot to the touch and lethargic. When he hadn't eaten for a day I decided to take him to our vet. Despite rigorous examinations and tests they are at a loss as to what could be causing his extremely high temp. (104+) as there is no obvious sign of infection. He is at home with us now after 2 days in the vets under obs however he is far from his usual self.

I contacted Scooby's breeder and she very kindly suggested I look at your posts as Blue's symptoms sound very like Scoobys. Although I cannot be sure it is the same illness, it certainly sounds the same and I have taken comfort from reading your posts that detail Blue's return to good health.
