Thursday 15th February
Hooray the sun came out today. Mummy took me to play ball, this is my favourite thing to do ever in the whole world. I met some other dogs but I didn’t like them, one of them stole my ball and I got upset. Luckily Mummy got it back for me and said the ball thief only wanted to play, I didn’t trust him though.
On the way home I found a watering hole to lay in and have a drink. Good job it was a quiet side road otherwise I would have been dragged away!

Friday 16th February
Mummy bought me a rawhide bone today, yummy. For some reason I like to carry it all around the house whilst whimpering, then I take it outside and lay staring at it for a while, then I do a funny dance and throw it all round the garden, before I finally take it back indoors to eat it. Mummy asked me why I do this strange routine, but I wouldn’t tell her, I’m keeping it a secret. She said I’m a funny dog but she loves me lots, I think the same about her!

Her eyes!! :)

Dennis says ' This seems perfectly normal Misty, it's the humans doing strange things we have to worry about!'

Sunday 18th February
I’ve had the worst morning ever! Mum and Dad gave me a bath.....I hate it! They said I was really pongy, by that I assume they mean all the lovely smells I have accumulated on my fur over the last few weeks. I made a right fuss as usual, and sulked for ages afterwards which had the desired affect on Mummy as she gave me some treats. She has also washed my lovely smelling bedding, now everything including me smells ‘nice’, I’ll have to soon change that!

Friday 23rd February
I went to one of my favourite places ever today....the vets! I love going there, all the girls make a big fuss of me and I let them tickle my tummy. I had my yearly injection, I was very brave and didn’t even feel it. I got put on the scales and was told I’ve put on a bit of weight, the cheek of it! It’s my winter fluffy coat I think you’ll find  (well that would have been the excuse if Mum hadn’t cut it all off last week!)
When we got home I was very tired so spent the rest of the afternoon sleeping like a lady.

You look very slim to me, Misty. And elegant....

Tuesday 27th February
This has been the best day I’ve had in ages! We got up to snow, and lots of it, it’s the most I’ve ever seen. It was especially good because Mum only went to work for a little while and Dad didn’t go at all so we got to play in the garden for ages. I was digging and running and jumping and burying my ball in it, oh and I’ve eaten loads of it. It’s my new favourite thing, although I’m not as keen on the sticky icy little balls that cling to the fur on my legs. I went to check on Grandma and Grandpa and got to mess up all their garden of untouched lovely snow.
It’s turning very icy now so I’ve been told it might be too dangerous to go for a walk this evening, but to be honest I’m exhausted anyway so I’ll probably just do a poo in the garden later and bury it in the snow so Mum and Dad can have a game of treasure hunt.

Wow that's a lot of snow Misty! We got lots too, Olive and the pups love it :p (Be careful because it will be very icy tonight everywhere!) Enjoy your treasure hunt for the poop Misty's mum and dad :D

Friday 2nd March
It’s been snowing again, yay. It has been freezing cold though so Mum and Dad are being wimps and not playing in the garden with me. I’m not enjoying my walks too much at the moment because I keep skating about like Bambi and it’s not very good for my street cred, also there is a snowman in a front garden down the road that I am very suspicious about so I keep barking at it.
Today I have been playing with the only remaining bit of Flopsy and making it look like I have a big tongue hanging out.
