Glad to see some results - I was worried this thread had been lost seeing as the postings have been really quiet 

We only have one more show for us this weekend & that is our lot until our whippet national in January where we have an English judge gracing our shores.

You've still got it wrong guys.

My naughty, naughty misbehaved little boy 'RIO" PARNEW FOREIGN IMAGE did not go Opp. Baby In Show at the OPEN SHOW. Illicium Chimay Grande's litter brother was Opposite.

However, Rio rectified his naughty ways and decided to lead properly to win BABY IN GROUP at the Championship Show.

Congrats to the Illicium baby's, they are following in their mother's footsteps ALLTALK MOON DANCE - PUPPY IN SHOW at the Whippet Specialty - Judge Mr. R. Brandt (Frontrunner's Whippets) and their Sire: NZ Gr Champion 'RJ'

Ch Silkwood Love Is In the Air taking a All Breeds Best In Show 2 wkends ago

& last wkend Saramar Sweet Perfection took out Best In Show At the South Island Hound Club :cheers:

I Have 2 allbreed shows nxt weekend & a hound show with Bev Daines (Dachlah Whippets)judging saturday A/B show and Anne Marie Curran has skyeway whippets and is on the list doing the hound show.. Will post result on return

We have our Puppy Of The Year competition this Saturday - you have to have won a Puppy In Show at Champ level to qualify - this year I have Jordi in - Brie has qualified 3 times for next year (w00t)

I did hear Darcy got his Grand Championship and RUBIG at one show.

Vesna (Barrenger) won Baby In Show at Southern Region Hound Club.

Ken Hodge's bitch I believe won the BOB at two of the shows

Bev's Fern got Bitch CC and RUBOB at Southern Region Hound.

Maybe Lisa can post results.

Big weekend in Sydney with the Spring Fair shows. 61 whippets on Saturday for whippet specialist Mr F Rodrigues from Portugal. 38 degrees here today so we're all hoping that some cooler weather is on the way.

Have finally got a piccy back of Brie from our nationals week (w00t) - here she is pictured at age 7.5mths - so even though it is nearly 2mths old :- " it gives you an idea

Seems like only 5 minutes ago I was asking the list for pedigree names & now they are just over 9mths old :blink:

Thanks for that Jax - it's going to be a great 3 day event filled with shows, racing, discussion workshops etc...

Have even got the gorgeous Lulu entered in the retired whippet parade :thumbsup: - just need to dig out a piccy of how she looked when she was on form & hang it next to her bed to remind her of what she should look like - middle age spread has not been kind to her & at nearly 9 all she is interested in is sitting in the paddock watching everyone else do exercise (w00t) Will have to trim off some of the wobbly bits, poor Lulu, she looks at food & the weight piles on her butt (w00t) So unfair that she adores food

Woohoo great news with Whippet results Friday Spring Fair. The two youngsters Simone, who handled Cooper to take dog CC R/UpBOB to the tune of 22 points, and Puppy In Gp day 1 at the Spring Fair. Simone is 10 years old and Cooper is 9 months.
