Sharon has asked me to put on the forum the message she sent to me today as she is too upset at the moment

well how do i start this message ?

 

merlin has opened his eyes and he has big tumours on both of them.

ive been to an eye specialist today and merlin is going to be put to sleep on fri

 

merlin is completly blind in both eyes , also if he has a knock on either of them his eye would explode .

this means no puppy playing etc etc then both eyes removed at 6 months old.

also the severity of the tumours means its very likely there are underlying severe problems with him .

so with the specialists advice ive had to make the VERY hard descision to end his suffering.

you just dont know how terrible im feeling .

burst into tears in the vets and havent stopped since .

i will post a topic at some point , just dont feel up to it yet .

She thanks everyone who has made enquiries about Merlin but just needs a little time to come to terms with next few days and spend them with Merlin :huggles:
