we all have to thank that randy little git of mine BLUE for all our babies, tippy stanley maurice and bullitt and yes you are all right they are a constant joy whether crossbreds or not , they are simply adorable and i wish you all the very best :huggles:

Sleep what is this sleep thing you keep talking about! :blink: ian, Rob and Sidney all know but me and Ben are not to sure and Momma Rach is now working on caffine :lol:

 

Rob and Sidney sat in th front of the car with Ben in the back with me... all went well, Sid and ben had a breif meeting on the way down and all seemed ok.

 

Ben slept most of the 8 hours drive back, I did offer him his nibbles supplied by Nana and Grandpa Wiggy but he was more interested in chewing my fingers and sleeping.

 

Got home about 11/11.30 and Ian took the car we borrowed from his parents back for them to use today.

 

once back Ian and I puppy proofed the lounge with tarpoline and sat and let Sidney and Ben play which they did really well.

 

Bed time

 

Ian took Sidney up to sleep in our room and Rob went off himself.

 

We had sorted out the utility room so that the shower (which is half the room.... wondering for showering off doggies who roll in fox pooh :x yes YOU Sidney!! :rant: ) had a side panel and all holes were sealed and we put Ben's box in and settled him and off I went to bed too.

 

OMG what a racket Ben was screaming!!! you can't blame the little mite as he was all on his own for the first time in his 8 week life, in a strange house etc, so I got up and settled him and left again once he was sleeping, switched light off and closed the latch door and off I went myself ... managed 2 hours sleep before he was at it again and that happened 2/3 times.

 

The 3rd time it was 7am and I had given up all hope of any more sleep and our tazmainian devil was raring to go!! so I fed him and let him so his thing.. he don't like going for a pee outside yet so picked him up before he gets and chance to do anything and popped him on newspaper.... working ok so far :thumbsup:

 

Ben and I had a play session and then coz I am sat on the floor in my PJ's he climbs up and goes to sleep (about 7.30) all of a sudden there is a knock on the door and I jolt awake.. I must of got some sleep too... it was 10.30 and the posty had got some stuff for us.

 

Rob got up (after the lack of sleep we have all had I let him have the day off school) and watched Ben while I made breaky for us all and took Ian his cuppa while I brought Sidney down to let out.

 

Ben is mad for Sidney but Mr Sido is a grumpy boy in the mornings and so climbed up on the sofa ( the one place Ben can't get to at the moment) and watched the whirl wind play.

 

Ben wanted up to sit with Sidney but Sidney wanted to be left alone so he growled at him and Ben took heed and sat by my feet rather than like Sidney at the side of me on the sofa.

 

Both are still sleeping.

 

I did take some photos on the way down and last night at home but they are not that great (will post them in a bit though)

 

Thank you so much to the WIGGY family for everything :huggles: it was so lovely to meet you all and meet al your lovely family and dogs.. thank you for the warm welcome, tea and bacon rolls... if it wasn't for the long drive back we could of ben there with you chatting all day :lol:

He is adorable... when I got up at 7 he was sat up in his box when I opened the door and his tail was thumping against the side of the box... aw I knew then I was totally smitten :wub:

Aw bless, I am glad Ruby is feeling better today.... :huggles:
 
glad the trip went well rachel and ben looks lovely sat up in the car :wub: ,hope noah travels just as well :thumbsup:

it wont be long before sidney warms to him,it just takes a little time to adjust :thumbsup:

looking forward in seeing lots more pics of the handsome pup :wub: :huggles:

we are picking noah up on the 28th dec so 12 days and counting :p it always feels like im getting my first one and the excitement is building fast :p :teehee:
