Jonah has decided that today he would like to be on the other side of the fence! :D

Wish I could go and play in the big field today :p

The crocuses may have gone, but the celandine are looking nice - bluebells should be coming soon :)

:) Great pictures, Jonah and Muffin are gorgeous. I'm glad to see Tiny isn't the only one playing up today - he has pruned my helibore, pulled up all the daffs and really been very silly all day!

What a beautiful garden, and beautiful dogs too!

Jonah is a handsome chap, he ought to try living in my garden, he would certainly want out then - its tiny!!!

Gorgeous photos of your two as always Gillian.

I can't wait for the blue bells up in the wood to come out.

Oooooh we haven't got any of that Clem... stuff.... are they like butter cups?

It's celandine and I suppose they are a bit like giant buttercups! :D

When I was in my first teaching job in the late 70's, in a small school in the middle of the Welsh countryside, there was one teacher who was really keen on anything to do with nature. We used to take our 2 classes out for wildlife walks, to look at the wild flowers and find owl pellets which we then dissected (very interesting what you find!). I've never forgotten it and still remember the names of all the common wild flowers. There wouldn't be time for things like that these days - isn't it sad. :(

We have celandine here tooo but they are not open for a while yet. Right now we are at the chindoxa stage, and waiting on the crocuses and tulips.

I think both boys are lovely but totally lost my heart to black brindle Johah who is just stunning and beautifully conformed.
