You forgot to mention the proud bursting into tears.......... :)

Congratulations with Rosie's great weekend - looks pretty good considering the weather

Here's to many more

Cristina

Not a bad weekend at Mychaka either

Berrinswift KK Penny Kraka received another Baby Puppy in Group Saturday and Reserve BPIG Sunday :D

My Pharaoh Rhodepark Star Hunter received BOB both days and because of a blunder by me I took a my whippet Lyric into the Aust Bred in Group class only to win and then realise that I didn't have her in that class and handed back the ribbon so the class could be re judged with this time my Pharaoh in the line up, needless to say he wasn't awarded because of his having a blond moment owner. :b

My little scruff muffin Klinger (Hungarian Wirehaired Viszla) received Baby Puppy in Group on Sunday (5 to date so far) :D - have attached a photo of him taken the weekend before by Lana.

Oh Cris! :p I wasn't going to mention that ... I thought that was a given - I'm well known for embarrassing myself with tears. I know you're supposed to walk out bold as brass and collect your ribbon like it happens every day, but it doesn't, so it's pretty emotional.

Actually I thought I did pretty well - it was only a couple of tears, and then this huge breath of satisfaction that he'd got what I wanted for him for so long.

Also - I thought it was the steward's blunder with Lyric. She called the wrong number in for the class.

Wow - Rosie's having a great time of it Toni, isn't she? Well done!

Nice to hear of new whippet owners having success straight up too.

Great shot of Dino on the move Lana - bet the smile is still on your face, those BIS's are pretty special

We to have been doing the family stuff, in the midst of netball & rugby (yes! girls do play rugby!!) Shows this weekend & then nothing till September, will post results as they come to hand.

Safe travelling Toni - I believe we will be seeing you in our neck of the woods at our Nationals, what a bummer we aren't able to arrange a juding appointment for you  Oh well, you will get to have a good looksie at the kiwi dogs, lots of people travel to these shows & you may even get to see your girl, Angela has travelled to the North Island previously :))

Cris, you may need a PA to help you out at the shows  sounds like you are having some fun with the whippeys & the wirey critter...

Good luck to all that have shows

Lynda

Another whippet went Best In Show today. Will have more details later. :D

Best in show was Eng. Ch. Spinneyhill Cinnermon @ Hammonds. Judge was Mrs. Giles a sighthound specialist. She did both the Group & General specials. :) Not sure on total whippet entry, but belive it was 50+.

She only needs a CC to become an Aust Ch. Heres hoping........... ;)

Well done Lana and Dino in your BIS

and well done to the spinneyhill girl too

Yes indeedy it has been a most successful weekend for Team Windyle, not only did "Misty" Eng. Ch. Spinneyhill Cinnamon at Hammonds go Best in Show yesterday, but her bed mate "Mimi" CH Windyle Irish Lullaby went Best of Breed and Runner Up in Show at the Southern Region Hound Club under Hound Specialist Ms Judith Oliver. This gave Mimi her final points to become a GRAND CHAMPION, she is Eng, Aust, Irish & Int CH Collooney Silver Jigilo's first Grand Champion in Australia.

Congratulations Ray & David

Photos to follow when we get home.

WOW!! What a great start to the weekend for Ray and David!! Here's hoping that Misty gets her final points to really make their weekend!! Keep the results coming guys!!

Hi Cristina

Today I was very proud of Berinswift KK What A Kraka (Pugsley) as like his brother Edge, it was his first show out of Baby Puppy and into puppy, his brothers and sister were in minor puppy and showed well, but today is Pugsley's day with Puppy In Show

Bill
