Fritz scrambling from Irene to get to Aunt Bev for some treats last Friday.Fritz gave them big kisses and wags of his tail,went on a few walks.He got warm and wentr just inside the back door to cool off.He then went and cooled of on a air register in the livingroom. We eventually came in and after a bit,Mom took them to see dad's headstone.In the afternoon,we went out to dinner,Irene brought pieces of steak home for Fritz as a treat.That evening,Fritz went to bed with the Aunties,it stareted to stor,he then wandered to my bedroom and I took him to his bed to sleep,barked once and was quiet.The next day we went on a drive to Bobcaygeon,Ontario for shopping and dinner.We left Fritz at home,it would be too warm for him in the van when we went to eat,so we thought it best to leave him in our air conditioned house.Gave him some steak from the previous day to eat and shortly after this,they had to go home,Fritz wouldn't go to the door to see them off.

Fritz with Mom today wanting some of her submarine sandwich.He was at the groomers today,got a new scarf ,Purple in color.He tugged the leash going in,scratched at the door leading into the groomers ,tail going all the time,saw the cat and jumped on it,not hurting,cat doesn't mind,they are friends.Fritz wanted to stay when we came to get him,had to pick him up and take him out,the groomers thought it was funny.I put him down outside,wouldn't move,so picked him up again.Fritz sat on my lap on the way cooled by the air conditioning in the van

Fritz resting on the kitchen floor of my sister's cottage on October 5.We went with my sister and Taffy in our van,packed to the roof with our clothes and theirs,Larry came later from work.Fritz rode in my lap in the front no room anywhere else.Halfway there we stopped at a Tim Horton's for lunch,Fritz and Taffy stayed in the van.Fritz and Taffy get along,they just leave each other alone.Fritz left a few wet spots around the cottage,not happy with that,but otherwise behaved himself.Taffy has Beggin Strips every morning,Fritz got them too.Larry left them on the counter,Fritz saw them and wanted more.Even when they were put away,he smelled them and he sat in front of the cupboard where they were and growled for more,got some.Friends of Larry and Marlene's have a Golden Retriever,he liked Fritz ,wagged his tail,then decided to sniff Fritz wrong move,Fritz started barking and that ended that.Fritz with slept with Mom every night,Mom kept a short leash on him just in case he decided to wander,never did and was quiet wach night. The next day Larry and Marlene took Mom on a Studio tour to different places where they did various crafts including Pottery and Jewelry.I babysat the dogs.The day was rainy off and on 72 fahrenheit.Later after getting back,we went to a Chinese restaurant,Fritz and Taffy slept in the van.The next day Sunday was cool and 62 fahrenheit.Later that day we had Thanksgiving dinner,the four of us and Rick and Cheryl,owners of Murphy.We had Turkey,Potatoes,Carrots,Dressing,Cranberries,Ham,Bunsand Pickles.Dessert was Pumpkin Pie with Whipped Cream,Ice Cream and Apple Crisp,all very good.We all had a good time,Fritz so much he slept the whole tim e on the back seat for the 2 hour ride home.
