So glad shes had a good night... Good luck..and hope she manages to go to the due date now... :luck:

LOL I thought from the title of this thread that she'd had them (w00t)

TCx

Molly was fairly restless last night but once we went to bed she calmed down and slept through without bother

She has had her breakfast this morning (scrambled eggs, goats milk and natural yoghurt for her probiotics) and is now sleeping quietly after a stroll around the field

I am very hopeful that she will reach her due dates of 18th - 22nd of this month as she will need all the energy she can muster for the whelping (w00t)

We've posted an enhanced image of her xray on the Blog ...... http://scrupleswhippetrescue.blogspot.com/

Looks like there might be alot more pups that expected
Oh wow...much clearer photo...you're going to be busy. :huggles: (w00t) Well done with all you (and Scruples) have achieved to date...

Just to say that I bought some fairly expensive vet fleece for Lolly's whelping and she refuses to go near it. In the end I took it out as she just spent the entire time dragging the puppies off it. Her preferred nesting choice is an extremely cheap duvet from Tesco's that cost no more than £5!! So if you want a square of vet fleece let me know.... or happy to supply another tesco duvet. Good luck

Gosh, Melissa!! Thank you so very much!! Molly would love the vet fleece (I hope!!!)

I can pick it up from you as we're not too far from each other

I will PM you :D

It seems that evenings are puppy play time (w00t)

They are acting like a rugby team inside poor Molly - wriggling and running around, vying for position!!!!

I guess whilst they are active, there is no imminent whelping in sight

I was amazed at how much you could see them moving , much better watching molls belly than the rubbish on tv

Ha!

They are probably getting into position for the big day :D Not a lot of space in there for sneaky or subtle movement ;)

I thought LAL was seting up guess the result competition. I doubt you would want me to PM you with what I think :-

By the way some person who shall remain nameless let me into the secrets of Facebook o:)

I think your photos are lovely (all of them :D )

What a lovely little dog. She looks ready to burst. I can't beleive someone would sell a bitch heavily pregnant like that! Lucky she is with you now. :luck:

Wow she's huge. Thanks for the update.

I can't help thinking to myself what a star your OH is too! I wish mine was as relaxed as yours with having dogs in the house and dealing with general animal husbandry tasks...........like tickling whippets bellies :p
