I have just spoken to Bob and the good news is that the puppies should have a foster mum on Tuesday the reason it being that day and not tomorrow is the bitches mum(lolas breeder) can bring her then which will obviously make things easier for the mum as she will be happier with her owner there so fingers crossed.

Bob and Sarah would like to thank everyone for there support and Thankyou Liza for your kind offer its much appreciated.

i feel totally devastated for you sarah and bob and my heart is broke too,i loved lola to bits and watched her grow from been a little pup with my boy kip,they had a special bond that will always stay in my heart .

Good luck with lolas babies and hope they stay strong im sure they will all do their mum proud :huggles:

Have just got back from racing where I heard this sad news

I cant even imagine what your feeling tonight It brought tears to my eyes just reading about poor Lola

Im so so sorry for your loss, when I logged on and saw the pups had finally arrived I was really excited to read all about them, then when I saw the link to this awful news I couldnt believe it, its brought me to tears, I cant even imagine what you have been through in the last 24 hours. thanks everyone for your kind words.
i feel like i have had my heart ripped out. No words can describe how i'm feeling or the turmoil i have put myself through with 'what ifs' and 'if onlys'.

I miss Lola very much already and i lost a large piece of my heart when she stopped breathing this morning when i held her.

have to go.... sorry.

I understand about the 'what ifs' but I can tell you something for sure - if whippets didnt have puppies there would be no whippets - imagine that. There was nothing wrong with you wanting puppies from a bitch as outstanding as Lola, and no way you could have imagined it would have turned out like this. Anyone that has met you knows how much the girls mean to you and its so unfair that this has happened. We are devastated for you, take care of each other. x
