if you cheat, you are only cheating yourself,

hi cara hun ,what this cambridge diet you talking about ,what do you do on it ??and i know what ya mean about cheating thats why i be honest in what iv eaten on here :b so i can read back and think ahhh now i must do better :- "

hi nicky,

its a full diet programme, you follow it to the word, so you have to be very dedicated!!! its milkshakes & soup, that you buy from a councillor, and you drink as much water as you can, about 10 pints a day, is what i do, and you eat no food at all for the first 4 weeks, then you add a meal and do the diet for a week, then repeat for another 4 weeks, until you reach your goal weight, you dont feel hungry, because your body goes into keytosis, which is when it is at its best at burning fat molecules called glycogen, all very scientific!!!, but they tell you that often when your body is telling you that you are hungry that you are actually thirsty, so thats y they say to drink alot of water, it is only for people who have 3 stones or more to lose, but we find it very good you also have to have a medical b4 you do it to check that your body is fit enough.

hope this all makes sense!!!

over the years i have tried every diet in the book, to no avail. and i have no patience to do the healthy eating thing, which is obviously the best way but doesnt fit in with my lifestyle.and i am a all or nothing person, so this works for me,

That's an excellent idea  How much did you pay for that?

got it in asda and i paid a £10 in the sale for it ,and its a fair size to and so much fun
One of the best calorie burner's you'll get Nicky, but be carefull you dont over do it on there, and get light headed.Ive been on treadmill, and doin roadwork, all week, but as the house is still full of Christmas food, the diet is'nt kicking off,for a few day's yet.Ikicked the cig's 4 year's ago, come the 10th of this month. So i'll start the diet on the 10th also.I have a York combi rowing machine&cycle, that i used a few month's back, and the weight fell off.Going for a medical next week,to make sure the old ticker is ok,so i can start doin thing's right again, and get on the rower.Brilliant it is.Good luck everyone. ....Billy....

Hi im 5 ft 7 and weigh 11.2 stone. But i want to be about 10.3 or there abouts. Did i hear someone say we were gonna have a weigh in every thursday? My biggest downfall is my sweet tooth, its like an addiction so does anyone have any fairly fat free recipies which will help me to contain it? My boyf is trying to lose weight too, so we are giving eachother a bit of a hand!
