ooh that sounds painful.....it'll be a long slow progress but you should just let it take it's time and be prepared for it to take a while to heal, it's got to heal from the inside to the outside.

My friend had a small one under her armpit and the wick fell out when she was bowling :x so you shouldn't overdo things.
