We havent got a clue how she did it , she went out for a wee and came back in like this that was almost 3 wks ago and she is making a fab recovery she had her staples removed 2 wks after the injury and its looking pretty...

Just heard that a good friends of ours pointer "may" has just been ran over & killed :( :( :( she was less than a year old and a much loved family pet (2 children age 9 & 6)

By 9.30am i was £120 poorer :( 3 lots of boosters & kennel cough vaccination at the vets in preperation for my hols and the dogs trips to kennels.
BY 9.40am evie-d has decided to come into season :b :o (at the grand old age of 23 mths lol)...that buggered up my kennel plans of housing...
How fab it was...rockin away with 86,000 people (w00t) 8) .
I was really chuffed because we got fairly decent tickets on the 2nd level infront of the stage & runway. The foo's continually played from 8pm till 10.45pm...non stop and even some members of led zepplin(jimmy page & someone else...

Evie-diva decided she was going to eat a pack of 400mg ibuprofens (which she stole out of my handbag...which was zipped up) . She managed to eat 5 tablets before she was...
Deffinately a first for me, we were invited along to a polo match (w00t) 8) not something ive ever done before and the lure of the hospitality tent was too much so i had to go along.
I couldnt believe the condition of the ponies...they were fantastic.....and the cost of some of those horses...
has anyone got a nissan murano ? we're thinking of getting one but its a toss up between one of them or an audi estate (again :wacko: ) .
Fancy the audi cos its a diesel & economical but the murano is a petrol(not economical)...but its fast :ph34r:
We've just got back from a week in abersoch...the weather was fantastic (w00t) (w00t)far better than we expected .
Unfortunately eddie & elvis spent the week in kennels but by all accounts they had a good time themselves :thumbsup:

I spent this afternoon making a nice safe play area for grissom the tortoise...a few adjustments need making but overall im very pleased with the results
After many family arguements over a new pet for the kids, we decided (after much research :blink: ) to buy grissom, he is a 4yr old hermanns tortoise (w00t) .
I wanted a show rat, sam wanted a cat, maddy wanted a real life pink "my little pony" and a pokemon and dave didnt want anything...
after the trauma of being chipped in january i had the poor lad parvo boosted and kennel coughed at the local vets ready for his trip to boarding kennels
funnily enough the vet commented on how he found whippets " soft, mardy, unaggresive and whimpy" poor ed decided to have a good old snarl &...

elvis's insurence expires in 2 wks (he had a free month or so when we got him from the dogs home but we're thinking of insureing him (mongrel) and edward (non ped whippet) :))
we decided that edward the whippet needed a companion...so we got elvis.from the cheshire dogs home, he's supposed to be 18mths old (but we think younger)....we cant quite decide what he has in him (i reckon some lurcher, Oh thinks terrier and the sort of in laws reckon alsation :o :o )
(w00t) today ive been told by some know- all bloke on my dog walk that eddie is'nt a whippet......he is a spaniel x mongrel because he does'nt remotely look like a whippet :angry: .....i've been ripped off apparently (w00t) (pmp at this point because i bred him) ...didnt have the heart to...
